Mayra Dallape aka “TheMaddScrapper” is an avid paper crafter. You could say she is “Madd” about Paper! Mayra's love of paper crafting started in Scrapbooking and expanded to making interactive albums that are both functional and beautiful, and has progressed to cardmaking. She has been paper crafting for 15 years now. By day Mayra is an Immigration Paralegal (she's gotta support her paper habit somehow! LOL) and in her off hours she is dedicated to her YouTube channel and followers who have enriched her life in ways she's never anticipated.

Previously, Mayra worked in several Scrapbook stores in the Southern California area, as well as being a “volunteer” and teacher’s assistant for The Stamp and Scrapbook Expo. Mayra taught album and cardmaking classes as well at the stores she worked at for years until the Pandemic. Her journey ultimately led to starting her YouTube channel during the pandemic where she can share her “Maddess” with others. Mayra's channel and the wonderful people she has met bring her great joy and fulfillment and fill her heart to bursting.

Mayra's current stomping grounds are in Fullerton, California where she is the 60-year-old mother of 3 wonderful adult daughters, Natashia, Tatiana and Olivia and grandmother to Ezekiel, Gabriel, Bethany and Zoe. Mayra is married to Steve “Peanut Gallery” Dallape who not only indulges her love of paper crafting, but actively supports her personal growth and desire to share her “Maddness” with others. They are absolutely partners in crime! Her family is ALL the Lights of Her Life. Mayra's faith is quiet, but deep. She has been blessed with a measure of talent and shares it freely, “To those who much is given, much is expected.”

Mayra started her YouTube channel to essentially share her passion, her ”Maddness” for paper crafting. She doesn't think she is the end all be all. She is YOU. She loves to play with paper. She makes HUGE messes. She misplaces stuff on camera. She makes mistakes. Mayra does not allow those mistakes to faze her…”Mistakes are just Opportunities for Creativity” and those cards are “The Beauty of a Hand-crafted Item.” Mayra LOVES what she does and shares that LOVE on her channel…
